This message is for faculty/instructors that only need access to Faculty Center.

To activate your Faculty Center and have access to:

• Your class and weekly schedule
• Your class roster
• Course catalog
• Schedule of classes
• PAWS (Academic Advising, Degree Audit)
• Enter grades for your classes

Please read the following:

The campus has now completely transitioned to a new student information system which is accessible through MyCoyote. MyCoyote will give you access to the Faculty Center where you will find class and grade rosters, course catalog, schedule of classes, academic advising, and degree audit.

In order to access MyCoyote, contact the Help Desk Help Desk at 909-537-7677. Request access to MYCoyote (you will be required to visit PL022 in person and you must show a valid ID). You should comply with the following (these steps can be completed in any order, as long as they are completed within 30 days of activation). If you choose to complete the on-line training first, it does not interfere with the request for Access to MyCoyote:

1. Read and complete the Confidentiality Compliance Form – FACULTY. If you have previously signed & submitted a Confidentiality Compliance Form – FACULTY to Human Resources(or Academic Personnel), you DO NOT need to submit a new form.



2. Information Security Training Course required for all modules. If you have previously completed this course, (instructor lead or online) you DO NOT need to repeat this course. Click here for more information on how to request CSUSB Information Security Training.

WARNING: Security training is required for accessing MyCoyote. Failure to complete the required security training within 30 days of activation will disable access to MyCoyote. To prevent this from happening, register as soon as possible for the on-line Information Security Training by visiting https://info001.csusb.edu/cms/reg/courseview.php

For your convenience (not required) we have made available both an on-line tutorial and an instructor led training for Faculty Center http://cms.csusb.edu/cms/ehelp/fa/index.jsp (to view available instructor led training dates go to the CMS website http://cms.csusb.edu/cms/index.jsp and navigate to Training).

AFTER you have received your Activation Code: Visit Identity Management System (IDMS) Site: http://cms.csusb.edu/cms/ldap_activation.jsp and follow account activation instructions to activate your access.
